  • Recognise how your capacity in the day affects your mood
  • Have tools in place for preventative self-care




The Coaching Session

1.5-hour coaching sessions include:


  • Resilience workbook and tools
  • Action planning and review
  • Questionnaires to keep you on track
  • Email correspondence throughout the programme
  • Reflexology (optional)


Mental health awareness workshops, business wellbeing and wellbeing talks also available for group sessions.
