From Corporate HR to Your Corner
I spent over 12 years in Human Resources across insurance, hotels, and property, working with big names like Sheraton Hotels & Towers, Sanlam Financial Services and Knight Frank. So I understand pressure, deadlines and the cost of running on empty - because I have lived it.
Everything changed after I had my son; I no longer wanted a 3-hour commute into London, so I backed myself and started my own business.
For 7 years I focused purely on business and mindset coaching. During the pandemic I listened to what my clients really needed and brought two things together: honest coaching conversations and reflexology. Today I specialise in women's health, helping women make the time and headspace to feel like themselves again.

Every treatment starts with a conversation. Feeling heard and understood is not an add-on - it is where real change begins. My goal is not to get rid of your stress (life will always have its ups and downs). It is to grow your capacity to handle it, so you feel calmer, steadier, and more in control.
