I work with women dealing with overthinking, broken sleep, anxious thinking, low mood and stress - often all at once.
Hormones sit behind a lot of it. Fluctuating hormones affect your mood, your sleep and how anxious you feel and stress feeds straight back into that loop. Easing the stress first makes fertility and menopause symptoms easier to address.

What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that applies pressure to specific points on the feet, face or hands to promote relaxation, reduce stress and support your overall health. It's non-invasive and gentle, and can be used alongside conventional medical treatment. By stimulating certain reflex points, reflexology creates a deep state of relaxation and helps you feel calm and grounded. Many people find it eases tension, aids sleep and improves mood.
I specialise in women's reflexology for fertility, maternity, perimenopause and menopause - times when fluctuating hormones affect your mood, your sleep and how anxious you feel.

My location
My home treatment room is accessible and private with free parking on the driveway in the heart of Bishop’s Stortford. My practice is walking distance from the centre of town and on a bus route. It is accessible from Royston, Stansted, Sawbridgeworth, Great Dunmow, Stevenage, Harlow, Hertford, Ware, Braintree, Chelmsford, Duxford, Hitchin and the surrounding areas.
