My signature Top-to-Toe Micro Retreat treatment is the most complete reset I offer. It begins at the face, with an uplifting facial massage, acupressure, lymphatic drainage and facial reflexology with crystals to release tension, ease puffiness and leave your skin glowing. From there we move to a full feet reflexology treatment that settles your whole system, calms a busy mind and helps you sleep and feel more balanced. Ninety unhurried minutes to switch off completely and leave feeling brighter, lighter and properly cared for from head to toe.

Signature Facial and Feet Reflexology Reset
The same Top-to-Toe treatment, gently streamlined for when you're short on time. You'll have the uplifting facial work and gua sha to lift tired skin and ease tension in the face, neck and shoulders, followed by a feet reflexology treatment to relax and rebalance the whole body. All the care of the Micro Retreat, in a slightly shorter hour and a quarter, so you can still leave glowing and refreshed when your day won't stretch to more.

Pamper Me Treatment
Your treatment, your way. Choose any two of the options below and I'll build the hour around what you need most, whether that's clearer skin, less tension or simply time to slow down. I work mainly with women navigating hormonal health through fertility, pregnancy, the postnatal months and perimenopause & menopause, so it's also a good place to start if you'd like support with any of those.

Traditional Feet Reflexology
An hour of focused pressure-point work on the feet that ripples through the whole body.
Clients come to sleep better, ease tension and lift a low or anxious mood, and reflexology can also settle headaches, calm digestive troubles and help bring hormones back into balance.
A soothing lower leg massage is included. A simple, restoring reset for body and mind.

Mian Dui Facial Reflexology
Facial gua sha and specialist tools gently work the skin to reduce puffiness, inflammation and dark circles, and to stimulate collagen and elastin for a brighter, firmer complexion.
It's as good for how you feel as how you look, easing facial and jaw tension, calming the mind and helping with headaches, migraines, sinus congestion and seasonal allergies.
Neck, shoulder, scalp and hand massage are included throughout.

Fertility Reflexology
Focused reflexology to support your reproductive health, helping to regulate the menstrual cycle, encourage ovulation and improve your chances of conception. We begin with a consultation to understand where you are, then work specific reflexes linked to the reproductive and endocrine systems, always starting by settling the mind and body.
A safe, natural approach that sits comfortably alongside any medical treatment you're having.
